I would say shave off your head hair once a month. This way you won’t be buzzing your head constantly.

How I do it: I shave once a month, both my beard and my hair. Then I grow it for full month and then I shave it.

During one month period it doesn’t get annoying, but later it does.

If you buzz once a week, you will get annoyed by constant buzzing.
