Yeah, you can’t create infinite amounts of stuff because creative energy is limited.

You can’t blast out 1,000 blog posts per day—even 30+ is already hard.

So if you need a break, take a few days off. Don’t beat yourself up if you can’t create at the moment; maybe you can later.
