So, as you know, I’m on a mission to drink only water (including mineral water).
Today is the first day I’m ditching all other drinks. My brother is making fun of me, saying I’m going back to the Stone Age.
So far, it’s going well. I don’t have strong cravings for coffee or lemonade.
Half the day has gone by—four more hours and it will be medication time, and then I’ll go to sleep.
Since I didn’t drink any caffeine today, I should sleep well.
Most people don’t realize how caffeine messes with their sleep. They drink coffee, energy drinks, and whatnot, and then take sleeping pills to sleep better.
